Listenbee Fitness webpage has all the things you would want to know about getting fit or a link to that favorite page.� I'm not an expert, however I have improved my body and life for the better.� I don't see how I couldn't help someone else do the same thing for themselves. I have competed in "EAS" Body Transformation Contest in 1998 and getting ready for the 2000 challenge.I have included pictures and also my workout plan along with my change in eating habits.
