I went from 230 lbs. of feeling terrible to 220 lbs. of looking and feeling great.  I feel the the challenge is exactly that, Something that not only challenges the body but the mind. It's something that will change your life for ever.  You will adapt great eating and exercise habits that will extend not just through the contest but throughout the rest of your life.  The quick diet plan don't work if you can't adapt to it for the rest of your life.  When you adopt the get thin quick plans, they don't last long. If you're willing to take the challenge and stick with it, you'll be well on your way to achieving anything in life.  This challenge also helps you with setting goals in your everyday life.  Bill outlines a lot of these techniques in his book "Body For Life".
